Here is a review of the new eBay Shopping Cart. The review appeared in the latest issue of Ecommercebytes (Auctionbytes).
"eBay is rolling out a new shopping cart right as we head into the holiday season. eBay sellers are understandably leery: Will it encourage more sales, including more multi-item sales from the same buyers? Or will it frustrate buyers, possibly leading to lost sales due to forgotten items languishing in carts, and the inability to offer an extra combined-shipping discount on-the-fly for multiple "free shipping" items?"

If it works as it should, the shopping cart should increase sells.
If only they had rolled it out a little earlier so all the kinks could be worked out by the Christmas season!!
I do like the revised item note and have felt for a long time that ebay should have some way to notify a watcher/bidder that an item has been revised.
We shall see!!
