In the last couple of weeks, I've had two instances where a buyer made an offer on one of my items that eBay should have automatically accepted, but didn't. On the first, the offer was for exactly the lowest price I had listed as automatically accept. Even more troubling, just this morning, someone offered full price on an item and instead of accepting it, eBay sent me an email telling me that someone had made me an offer on my item and I had to manually accept it.

Are you complaining of Vendio or Ebay make an offer?
I dont use Vendio,I have no problem with Ebay make an offer,it works for me.

Ebay. The first time I thought maybe it was because the offer was my exact low acceptable offer. But I have no idea why the last one didn't work right. I've had people pay full price on make an offer items before with no problems.

I don't have any insight on the first situation, but on the second one, is it possible that the person who made an offer added any conditions or comments? If he or she did, that would mean that you would have to manually accept the offer.

Are these items that you adjusted the pricing on or by chance put on sale, either presently or in the past?
I have noticed that eBay's system will sometimes delete your auto accept/deny settings when either of these two situations happen. It is quite frustrating when you are not aware of these circumstances.
I have no idea why it wouldn't auto accept the top make an offer price... but I would expect an explanation why eBay is messing this up.
