I saw this a few weeks ago and meant to post it here. The first thing I noticed was the listing violation in the title.

eBay Blog Promoting Scooby Doo Mystery Machine:

http://ebay-stories.com/the-scooby-doo-mystery-machine

Listing: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ford-Falcon-Surf-Bus-Like-Dodge-Chevrolet-Volkswagen-Toyota-?cmd=ViewItem&_trkparms=algo%3DETS.ETSD%26its%3DC%26itu%3DUCC%26otn%3D100%26ps%3D10&_trksid=p3284.m108&item=230793162081

If you missed the violation, it is the use of the word "like" and then referring to all the other brands of vehicles that this van is not. You can probably claim that this vehicle is in violation of Hanna Barbera copyrights/trademarks too since there is no mention if this is an authorized vehicle.

Seriously, this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Imagine, buying this van and renting it as a limo. Hmmm... do you think Hanna Barbera will want you making money off their copyright/trademarks?

I am perplexed as to how eBay missed this.
