now I am getting buyer and bidder who want me to cancel the transaction as soon as they made a purchase or right after they won the auction .

One said she really cant afford it,but it was too late to cancel.
So she spent 9 dollars returning the item,plus the original shipping which is not refundable ,another nine dollars,plus a restocking fee of 4.50,total $22.50 .
One outbidded the rest to get the item and then said please cancel.
I looked up her bidding activities,she has bidded on many items all ending in an hour or two.
I am not going to cancel the item,I will file with Ebay so she will get one strike of non payment.

Not sure it matters anymore for buyers to get "unpaid bidder" notices. eBay pretends they do things about it, but they rarely do. it would take some serious abuse for eBay to get involved in doing something to a bidder.
