Just a heads up... eBay is acting up this morning. It is either impossible to log on or slow to load a page. I checked a few sites and see many other users confirming this problem. It appears to have been going on for a few hours now.

ok. so I have an offer for an item, but it includes free shipping via Fed Ex Ground. The address is an APO. I need to contact the potential buyer to discuss shipping options so they know I would be shipping via Parcel Post.
With eBay policies, I can't even send an email directly to the buyer because their system is down. I have to wait for them to fix their system to provide quality customer service to my customer. Nice eh?

I haven' t had an problems using Ebad today. I have had problems uploading pictures directly to Ebad for several days now.

can you pull their contact information and call them?
I have no problem with Ebay today,sending invoices and updating my store items.
