I remember someone posted on this board about USPS Global express mail.
For anything over $250 going overseas,if you want Paypal/Ebay seller protection,it has to be signed for,and if we are using USPS,global express mail is the only way we can get online trackable signature confirmation.
USPS global express is run by Fed Express and they wil update its own data base and USPS date base with signture confirmation and it is very expensive.
So my question is,if I sell a small piece of jewelry over $250 and ask $145 for overseas shipping, what would Ebay say?
It looks like the cheapest is DHL if you know the store owner ,he would let you ship for the lowest price of 103 dollars.WHO IS GOING TO BUY FROM US IF SHIPPING A SMALL ITEM IS 103 DOLLARS AND I HAVE TO MAKE A SPECIAL TRIP TO THE LOCAL DHL STORE?
