I tried twice to send this on your help site but only get a "white page" and no reply today..so will state problem here.
I sent feedback around 2/1 via Vendio to customer
Today Ebay sends an email stating I have not sent Feedback ...so I sent it again.
Vendio shows I had already sent it on 2/1
Why did this happen
Did my customer receive the one I sent a month ago or the one I sent today?
Indeed the box indicating that feedback was sent is already checked off for this item, as are the rest of the steps in the PSM checklist. There does not appear to be feedback for this buyer from the date indicated though, as you can see clearly in their profile that it was only received the other day.
Unfortunately I cannot tell what would have caused the false positive. The only known way to create this scenario is by simply checking off the box on the PSM checklist manually, where the system would then stop any automatic sending of feedback under the assumption it had already been done. If this isn't the case then something was received at the time feedback was submitted that confirmed the receipt without recording it. Please let us know if you ever encounter another like it.
