Just the other day I had a potential buyer ask me about the specifics of an item. He stated that the item did not look like a type of doll that I said it was. I assured him I was correct in my listing as the material was stated on the box. He replied with a request for a photo of the box showing the material. More than happy to oblige I got the box and to my horror he was correct. Somewhere along the line I made a mistake. OOPS!!! I emailed him and told him he was absolutely correct and I was pulling the item and changing the description.
I also told him that I appreciated him using his knowledge of this item to point out my mistake as I do not want unsatisfied buyers and do not misrepresent items intentionally. I meant every word. I do appreciate him pointing out my mistake.

Block him and then point out that you have many items and mixed up the item he was referring to with another.
Additionally, point out he is a grown man and shouldn't be collecting dolls. Sorry, but that kind of creeps me out.
A few years ago I saw an Estate Sale sign. I drove up and noticed the line of about 30 people, mostly men. I thought it might be a tool, beer sign, man cave type of sale.
I parked went to the line and then kept noticing all the guys holding doll magazines. The entire sale was dolls. There was a creepy vibe to it, kinda like that show Toddlers and Tiaras.
Some people are wierded out by tattoos and nose rings, I am with that adult male collecting doll scene.

The guy may have just a sick sense of humor too. I have had people correct my auctions and at times they were both right and wrong.
Everyone is wrong once in a while. While I would block him for your own protections, I would email back to him
"Why do you say that I was a thief? I made a mistake, as ALL of us have one time or another, I ADMITTED I made a mistake. I immediately corrected the mistake. I also thanked you for pointing it out. How much more honest can I be? You were joking of course, right?"
See what he replies with. He may have been a victim of a bad seller a few times, and thinks everyone is out to get him. Start a dialoge if possible. Keep your professionalism, and if it gets nasty, just let it go.

At times I think ebay and buyers think that we are bots. Sellers are never allowed to make a mistake. Block em and move on.
