I do a lot of scheduling in advance and the past few days when I finish an item, ready to schedule it, I find the pop up calendar very slow - the calendar pops up just fine, but the month, day and final schedule date seem to hang up each time, requiring me to wait several minutes or more to finalize the schedule date and time.

Hello,
The first thing to try, if you haven't already, is to clear your browser cache and Vendio cookies and see if that helps. If it does not, please try using a different browser and let us know whether or not you get the same results. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer try using Mozilla Firefox. Please let us know the results.

I've cleared my browser and cookies, which did not help at all. I do not wish to use Firefox or any other browser as I've had bad experiences with them in the past.. I much prefer Internet Explorer. The pop up schedule box works perfect except for the delay after I enter the month, another delay when I enter the day, another when I set the time. I'll just keep muddling along. I've never had this happen in the past and am otherwise very happy with Vendio.

Hello,
Even if you prefer one browser over another, they are excellent troubleshooting tools for situations like this.
What were usually looking to see is weather you can replicate a behavior in one browser Vs the other, where all other components are exactly the same. (same location, same computer/etc) - it just helps narrow down if something might be a browser specific issue or not.
With all of the ad-ons and adware/spyware stuff out there, especially the stuff that targets IE, it's a good starting point to know if a totally different browser has the same problem or not.

I took your advice - downloaded and installed Mozilla FireFox, then tried scheduling an auction, which seemed to go very smoothly until I got to the point where I set the month, date, and time. It was even slower than before! This is much later in the day than I usually schedule so I will try again tomorrow., using FireFox.

I must apologize for my last posting, as I just realized I was not using FireFox- I just assumed I was, since I had just downloaded it.I will try another scheduling right now and let you know how this works!

Hello,
Thank you for the update, and I am glad that it is working for you with Firefox! The next thing to try with Internet Explorer is to make sure that you have installed any updates for the program, and see if that helps the problem when using Internet Explorer.

My updates automatically install, but I just tried to schedule with Internet Explorer and the pop up schedule box is still extremely slow, although everything else works fine. I will go back to Firefox for now, although I still prefer Internet Explorer for everything else.
