Hi, I use the entire vendio platform, but when editing my shipping profiles, I am unable to set combined shipping discounts for ebay.
In the section
eBay-Specific Combined Shipping Discounts
It has a box to add your ebay account and I suppose to add your shipping discount profiles you have already set up on ebay (which I have done), but no account appears in the box when I try to add it. I am not sure what the problem is as everything else with ebay has been working fine.
Right now, I have to manually bulk revise listings using ebays site, in order to apply my combined shipping discount.
Within your eBay account, did you set up a combined shipping rule under either "Flat shipping rule" or "Calculated shipping rule", or did you set up the rule under "Promotional shipping rule"? If it is the "Flat shipping rule" or "Calculated shipping rule" then it should show up as an option to select in your Vendio Shipping Profile. The "Promotional shipping rule" is not supported in Vendio, unfortunately.

I did not use promotional shipping rules. I set up profiles for flat shipping and calculated shipping on ebays account settings. They appear on ebay but on the vendio shipping profile pages for ebay specifics.
Please sent us a message by going to "Help" at the top right of the page in your Vendio account, click "Request Support" and send us a message referencing this message board post. We will then enable the support case so that you can send us a screenshot of what you are seeing for the rules within your eBay account.
