We're getting ready to get rid of my mom's 60s-era Singer sewing machine. As I run across her used and unused vintage clothes patterns, I'm wondering if I should sell them as a group or take the time to list them one by one. Any thoughts?

My sister has sold some from my mom's estate. They have to be in good shape and popular brands like Butterick (sic), etc. They really like vintage children's patterns and those with smocking decals.

I sold quite a few vintage patterns a few years ago. Aprons and bridal gowns were very popular. It is a good idea (though tedious) to check the instruction sheet and make sure all of the pattern pieces are included. Being able to say in your description that the pattern is complete helps a lot in the sale.
Hope this helps. Good luck.

I listed a lot of 3 or 4 50's 60's patterns.
Someone made an offer but only wanted one - that one was for 50's 60's prom dresses. Seems like I sold that one for $10 so that's not bad.
