::Fenix..a chihuahua..small, intelligent and verbal.::
I'm so not a yippy dog person. For apartment living I'm more into Bassett Hounds. They are cool easily entertained but when they have something to say EVERYONE hears about it. If I was in a house with a yard, I'd like a Mastiff. OK, sure the dog is bigger than I am but it doesn't really matter if you are a single woman living alone when the door is answered by this 200lb monster.

Maggie, too cute a post. You left some people out though!
I cant relate to being a dog at all. Always was a feline mind. Well, except when I was a swordfish or a mermaid

Dog People - are loyal, honest and will be a friend for life.
Cat People - are leaders, enjoy solitude and don't mince words.
I heard this on the radio.

fenix- I saw a dog today that is a cross between a German Shepherd and a Mastiff. I could see the Shepherd in the body and coat, nose was shorter and hips were wider and a beautiful brindle coat.

The people next door got a miniature chihuahua puppy a couple of months ago and whenever they let him out he runs straight to my house where he stays all day long. Several times at around dusk they have come over to my house looking for him and of course he is allways here. I can't explain it, I guess that little dog just loves me.

Terri - sounds like neat looking dog. I wonder what kind of personality it has. I don't think I could deal with a Mastiff size with a Sheppard energy.
Yellow - My old neighbors had a minature Chihuahua. They left it with me one day right after they got it and my cat cornered it in the kitchen and wouldn't let the poor thing out. They are really cute but I would be too afraid I would break it

They do seem to be just a tad delicate but the one that comes over to my house is a feisty little booger. You should see the way he intimidates the chickens, they're all afraid of him.

LOL Crow...he's one sick dude..
imagine a grown man coming on a message board just to talk about women on their periods and fantasizing about their bloody sanitary pads or to call them ugly names..
and then boasts how he visits strip bars to be with the only girls that will give him the time of day..that is if he pays enough...
Sicko indeed..makes my skin crawl...pycho sicko...creepy! Very disturbed personality it would appear..

Edited to say that I meant that Maggie's descriptions of us were good, not the last exchanges.

Well...I don't think you did. But no surprise there....
I have never referred to myself as a dog, nor have I ever been referred to by what others call female dogs, a bit#h, and I don't appreciate being compared to either by someone I have stated I have NO REPECT for.
It's been said many dogs look like their owners...and I believe that's true in a lot of cases.
I'm beginning to believe though that we have more and more female posters here who used to be referred to, by some posters, as old pecking hens. Now it appears they're turning into a group of pitbulls....if you want to stay with the dog analogies.

And of course, kiara, the same applies to you.
When I respect someone and they say hateful things it might be hurtful...but when people like YOU say it to me...it's like water off a ducks back....means nothing as it's their usual MO.

cheryl - When my name is mentioned in ANY way that I don't care for...I'll be speaking out about it, whether it 'spoils' the fun of some or not. Want to have fun?....then poke that fun at someone else.
I don't think you'd find it fun if you were on the receiving end of someone's 'game'. But I'm just SURE you'll speak out when and if that should happen, as you ALWAYS do...even when it's NOT happening to you.
continue playing your little games.......just leave me out of them or I'll be back to SPOIL your 'fun'.
edited to add kiara's FUN statement to me....before she edits that out too.
