But how did the thread violate the "CG'S"? Is there something in them that prohibits the revisiting of a topic after, say, 60 days? Or maybe it was Zelda's use of the word, bingo? I honestly don't have a clue.

Katy, I asked it to be locked.
You may all want to review the CGS again. Note that all procedures for moderation and appeal have been removed, along with those phrasings which dealt with notification of moderation actions and thread closing.

Well, why didn't you just say so, krs? The thing is, that if threads are going to be locked with no explanation, people are going to wonder...was it at the request of the originator? Was it because the CG's were violated by a poster? Was it because the moderator didn't like it? Since there's no MC anymore, the RT is going to fill up with "Moderator Why?" questions, unless an explanation is put in the locked thread as to why it is being locked.
I honestly don't have a clue.
