Federal Consumer Information Center

How about a list of all of the great places where filing a complaint actually gets you somewhere? Forget the Better Business Bureau as they have no authority and their system only works with those businesses that want to keep their reputation intact. Tired of SPAM mail and getting no where? The Federal Trade Commission has a place just for that and wants you to forward ALL of your Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE) or SPAM to them! [email protected] Their job is to go after spammers who are nasty and while they do not go after all of them, the ones that they do choose to come down on get >>SLAMMED!!<< hard! All they need is the proof that you send to them.

How about some other places to go to on the Internet? What about when your private information is being sold without your permission, especially when they have a blatant NO-SELL/GIVE-OUT policy in place? Anybody?
