Depends on the year--what year is it?

I keep all important documents in a bank lock box, including vehicle titles.

You've priced it way too low!!!
Here is the url of the on-line Kelley Blue Book page for this vehicle:
http://www.kbb.com/kb/ki.dll/kw.kc.ue?kbb;557235&;p&721&8;JE;H2&
I used *my* zip code (Southern California) which may make the price higher, but here is what a person buying from a private party would expect to pay:
In excellent condition, $8935
In good condition, $8230
It might be more--the only accessories I put in were A/C, towing package, power steering, ABS, am/fm cassette, roof rack and cruise control. You didn't list out the accessories but said it had most...there I a lot more than the ones I checked.
Where do you live? For $4000+ *I* would definitely be interested--looking for something to tow a horse trailer with.

It's not a Grand Cherokee, bunnicula.
How many do you want?

Sorry--the grand Cherokee is the only one that comes up with "Laredo" as one of its models for the year 1994 in the Blue Book.
But even the regualr Cherokee Sport Utility with the accessories you mentioned has a private party asking price of $6,835 (Excellent condition) or $6,250 (good condition).
edited cuz "models" isn't spelled with a "v"

God wouldn't that be great... and filing for lost title is a pain, and takes too long..

Don't you think you sort of put the cart before the horse by not having the title in hand before listing the vehicle?
Not having the title readily available could be a deal breaker for an impatient buyer.

And if the deal was broken...which based on the price probably won't happen...but, if it should then you could relist with a better price for yourself, after you find the title.

Glad it worked out for you.
You know the old saying: When it rains, it pours.
Hang in there.
The sun will shine again.
