A few days ago I had the good fortune to win $15,000,000 on the lottery.
Yesterday I had the gala presention, lavish event with well known celebrities, tv coverage, the works.
Arrangements to help family members are in train and donations to charitys are being made.
My life has changed for ever!!!!!
At least it had until the alarm clock went off. Let me go back to sleep and enjoy my dream for a little while longer!
It was nice when it lasted.

They pulled hubby's name for $500 at the club the other day.

He wasn't there

OK, so my question is ... why did they call?

I'll never forget the day last spring when my sister-in-law came on Instant Messenger.....she asked if I was sitting down....she had some big news!

Slowly she typed....

"I hope you're sitting down!"

"We had something incredible happen today...."

"WE WON $5,000,000.00 IN THE TEXAS POWER BALL LOTTERY !!!!"

Aaaagh! I started crying! I was so happy! I ran stuttering to my husband....."Guess what! Guess what! Oh my gawd! Sister won the lottery!!!!!"

He looked up from his newspaper, glared at me, and asked.....

"Andrea, what day is it today?"

You guess what day it was!

Did you lovingly squeeze her little neck, when next you met?

That was a true "gotcha" moment! And yes, I do know that the word gullible is in the dictionary. You know what was actually going through my mind at the time? "Hmmmm, I wonder how much she'll SHARE! Hmmmm, I wonder if she'd pay off our mortgage for us? Hmmmm, maybe she'll pay my kids college tuition......." Truly my knee jerk reaction! The truth comes out and yes, I was ashamed!
