Although I use the computor daily I will be the first to admit that I have little understanding of how they work, why things happen nor how to find and fix problems.
Tonight I have found a website that explains all. Better still, it is in simple language.
I have been running through this site most of the day and I can honestly say that the veil has been lifted. I have fixed problems that have been bugging me for months.
I know some of you will not need this, but for those of you who do, here is the link to the site.

Do yourself a big favour and visit the site and have a good look around.

Fixing the little problems is good to learn and the best part of learning it is that the more the operrateing system changes the more it stays the same many of the thing you learn about how to work with win95 and 98 will be just as valid for other new version the difference will be they move the place where thing were found in the last version.
The other night something happen to my computer it would still boot up but it had no Icons and no control pannel no start button this was due to deleteing an old program I no longer used.
the program used a shared file that was deleted with the program the only way I could get the computer going was wit ha win98 emergency boot disk I had to reinstall windows from ram disk only fuction the computer had was CD drive once you learn how to do this your home free pretty much.. http://www.Dman-N-Company.com
