'Loose lips sink ships'. Never more true in this time of the new millenium war on terrorist. And really hits home to me, since I have a son in the Marines, whereabouts unknown. Who do you think leaked the information to the press, after they came out of the war stategy security briefing???

I have never heard WHAT was leaked that should not have been.
Was it something really specific that could have harmed someone?

I have a son who was called from his civilian job back into the military. My understanding is that the magazine to whom the info was leaked understood the sensitivity of the info and didn't print it.
It should be considered TREASON to leak confidential info, especially when our sons and daughters lives might be at stake.
Shame on them.

I haven't heard anything abot anything being leaked, but it wouldn't surprise me. There are always being things "leaked".

It was all over the news last night that G.W.B. chewed out congress over someone repeating to a magazine some confidential info that was given out at a security meeting. Now, only top two officials in each house and cabinet will be given info.
Not my name on ebay.

They hushed it up. From what I heard, the publisher realized it should probably be classified, and contacted the whitehouse.
