"They say that great minds think alike -- and not-so-great ones do, too, apparently. Thus here we are: two spoiled rich boys made by their fathers' money and connections have now divided the world up between them, and are basically proposing to kill everyone who doesn't agree with them."

Terrific writing! If I could write that well, I don't think I'd ever wish for anything else.

Yes, we all know how Bush and Bin Laden are so similar as leaders. I think krs has overturned a rock to find another flutt-astic article.

------
I do confess some degree of disappointment in the content of this thread after the title (Great Minds Think Alike) gave such hope. I had hoped it was going to explain the similar political views that krs and hjw shared in their posts.

It would be a relationship like Lady Astor had with Winston Churchhill-

She said: "If I were your wife Sir I would poison your tea."

and he said:

"If you were my wife Madam I should drink it."

krs and hjw aren't the only ones who share some of these sentiments. Want to take some cheap shots at me? Have at it...

Your comment is so appreciated. I don't understand what is happening here either...It's late here in the East so I'll check back tomorrow.

No problem Helen. I thought that you and krs might be feeling lonely this evening

Fortunately the saying "Great minds think alike" is flawed. Great minds don't think alike, small ones do. Highly intelligent people are not prone to group mindedness like the mundanes.
