In a notable outbreak, Anthrax has killed 21 in southern Santa Clara County, the California Department of Food and Agriculture said yesterday.

I certainly could be wrong, but I thought the dead livestock were to be disposed of by burning rather than burial.

Maybe they weren't from Jersey, maybe they were Jerseys.....
