I can't understand why they have to have these infuriating casino popup ads. It didn't really bother me until this afternoon. Everytime I closed one of these windows it opens another one.

It's you, outoftheblue - the popups are especially designed to get rid of you.
They've tried all sorts of things to make you leave in disgust - the "punch the monkey" banner, the introduction of fees, the goose-stepping antics of the Moderators and then finally, the CC requirement for post. Nothing worked. Still you came. Time for the big guns - the popup casino ads to lure you away.
Why do they want you gone? It's your ID, outoftheblue. AW doesn't like blue anymore. The *real* reason the Moderators were fired was because there wasn't an Engineer left on staff capable of make the necessary alterations to code to change the color of the Mod's posts.
By deluging you with casino popups, they are hoping to tempt you "out of the blue" and IntoTheRed. Now THAT is an ID that AW can relate to

Helen! LOL I wouldn't be surprised if that's been tried at some point. Now you'd have to have two credit cards though.
