I see that today is MY day to be Thread Police. I'm a busy person. I have things to do..people to see...places to go. I can't spend all day holding hands and wiping noses. So I expect everyone to act like adults. You know, mature. And in order to ensure a pleasant posting experience for everyone, I've set out a few guidelines I expect to be followed.
No tattling. I'm not answering emails today, so fight your own battles. There is an "ignore" button here. I suggest you don't use it. Call each other names, insult one another, or form gangs to beat up other posters. I don't care. Just don't bother me with your petty disagreements and problems.
No "pet parade" threads. Wednesday is a Pet Free Thread day. No posting pictures of your dogs, cats, mules, bunnies, hamsters, fish, ferrets, horses, snakes, etc. etc. They tend to dominate the forum, and most people don't like them anyway. The one exception to this rule are Shih Tzu threads. Those are allowed. Feel free to post any and all pictures of your Shih Tzus (or your neighbor's), the bigger the better.
No manifesto threads. Manifestoes are not allowed on Wednesdays. If you feel the need to manifesto, wait until Thursday. Rawbunzel will be on duty then and she can deal with it. Oh, and don't let the door hit you on the way out.
All other topics are allowed today. If things get slow, I suggest you visit a few other chatboards out there, and import some of the board fights here to liven things up. No doubt your favorite board enemies are lurking, and a veiled insult here or there may lure them back for one last go round. Those type of threads are sure to be crowd pleasers and encourage group participation.
If you feel the need to emphasize an argument you are making, be sure to use lots of UBB bolding and italicizing. CAPITALIZING (shouting) is quite effective too. This will drive your point home and also irritate Donny, which is the main reason I am encouraging it.
Okay folks, have at it. And remember that just because you may not "see" me much in this forum today, does not mean that I am not lurking and aware of any infractions. Be assured that I am emailing behind your backs and plotting my revenge.
Do you remember when I was moderated for telling you that your answer was "dead wrong"? I was dumbfounded at pattaylor's warning about such a silly comment as "dead wrong" but I later realized that I was dealing with a tougher customer than I realized and Pattaylor was trying to save my life. HaHaHa.

I sure miss pattaylor at least he was fair, not like the mean mods we've had this week. So many rules to remember everyday even krs is afraid to post. I've never seen him so quiet or seen him post so many one liners.

Krs is busy going through his scrapbook for Shih Tzu pictures. He used to show them at Westminster. To this day, he is world famous for his top knots. Dog groomers call them the "Krs top knot". They are shown in all the Shih Tzu books.
