You have to email AW and ask nicely.

Don't think that I was laughing at you or your name. I was laughing with the poster who calls herself sweetpotato.

When Sweetpotato asked the question about your choice of name, I responded with the Seamus Henley poem entitled Bogland.

Boglands are refuges of peacefulness and solitude. There was no intent on either my or Sweetpotato's reply to indicate that we were laughing about your name. I hope that you understand that now.

Awww bogland - don't go getting all cranky. I wasn't taking a shot at you but at my former employer

Nothing wrong with an unusual ID and despite what some will tell you, sometimes being anonymous is the best thing for places like this. I apologise if I have offended you - the information I gave you is sound and I'd be willing to bet it's also what AW told you to do (but I'd also bet my answer was more detailed).

You got an answer from Service straight away?? Seriously - you were lucky. Pick any AW board and ask how quickly people get email responses from Service and you will find that your experience is unusual. And they aren't exaggerating - I know because I used to be one of them
