Helen, did you read this in today's Post? An international city is going to ban wine at its gallery openings! How parochial.
We can't blame the Republicans, folks. This is a local (DC) issue.

How absurd! Now, I won't be able to enjoy the art. LOL!
It's just a ploy to raise money for the city with a license requirement. A few lawyers will make a few bucks and then galleries will pay the license fee and then vinegar and cheese will be served again.
