The SEC is investigating the Dallas company for bookkeeping irregularities begun when Dick Cheney was running the company. Perhaps these methods were suggested to Enron officials as well.

The SEC is going to dance the dance, just like all other agencies in the government. I mean, who eants to discover that Antrax has been found in their mail?
