While not required to take the stand to testify it's a little too late now [after the conviction] to state he's not quilty. Should have taken the stand to convince the jury....BEFORE...their vote.
I always feel sorry for the parents when a child of theirs has chosen to break a law. I think of them everytime someone is convicted of anything.
