Probably scot free....if her daddy can remain Governor of Florida and her Uncle remian President until she "finishes" rehab.

Sometimes, people under the influence of drugs and the usual accompanying
depression do not pay much attention to their appearance. Her appearance is not relative to this problem, I don't think.

I think its the hair that does it, if it wasn't for the BIG HAIR, she might look ok, but, I'm not a guy judging her looks
Now the Prez's daughters, they are very good looking girls, the twins. They would be this Noelles cousins, and they don't resemble her at all.
