We are using a camcorder right now for our auctionwatch image hosting.
But we are thinking about buying a digital camera.
Whats the best one for photographing clothng & electronics?
We have read up on the sony movika & it looks pretty simple to use, And we like the idea of it useing floppy disks.
But dose it take good pictures?
Any in-fo is greatly appriciated.
Happy Holidays,

I'm using an Olympus Camedia D-510 Zoom. It takes great pictures for eBay and also takes great everyday pics. I've become an amateur (or immature) photographer since I bought it! I love taking pictures of bugs. Here's one I took of a hummingbird moth this summer. I couldn't believe how well it turned out! The camera takes memory cards and hooks up to your computer through a USB port. Software is provided and it's pretty simple.

(I edited the picture out because it was so big!)

Beautiful, Kraftdinner!

I have an old Sony Mavica FD71 that has worked very well for me...ease of use for Ebay is fantastic.
Pictures are always good quality also.

The 10x zoom on the Mavica ia also a big plus--can't think of another digital camera in the same price range that offers that.

Sony Mavica FD-75 currently being sold at Office Max for $249.95. Have had mine (FD-73) for almost three years with no problems. Have taken hundreds of photos.

My Mavica85 just went on the blink before a year was up. The tight/wide adjustment won't do anything.

I don't know whether to just list it for sale and buy another or bother to send it in to Sony? I don't like the idea of sending it in and having it take months to only get a big repair bill.
