There are those here in the RT who will argue that the drugs are not really cheaper in Canada. Others will argue that the difference is not as great as it needs to make any difference. To each their own.

"While technically illegal, this over-the-border trade is largely ignored by U.S. authorities apparently reluctant to
prevent consumers from buying necessary medicines at significant savings."
Just wait until local pharmacies complain about the unfair advantages!
Actually, I've been planning a trip up to Canada to buy in large quantities of the medicines I have to take. It's damnably expensive down here and eats up a significant portion of my income. I'd rather go up to Canada and cheaply buy a quart jar of my meds than being reduced to expensive 30-day supplies by state laws down here. I'd better do it soon before THAT become illegal as well!

Sheesh Borillar, as I posted some time ago, January is not the best time to visit Canada. Why do you think so many retired Canadians make a beeline for Florida and Arizona when winter hits?

Borillar, since you are going....Pick me up a dime bag, LOL
A Doctor here, tried to put me on Advair,After a bout with Asthma. The purple disk, that is advertized on TV all the time.
That disk out of pocket is 117.00 and only good for two weeks.Needless to say,I doubled up on vitimin C and vitimin O ,It corrected most of the problem.
