I think building the tallest brassiest buildings in the world is the finest tribute we can pay to those that perished 9-11. I hope the new buildings have 100% occupancy with a waiting list and generates huge revenues for NYC.

The replacements have to make a dramatic statement. But unfortunately, the wuss brigade is very vocal.

The guy that holds the lease doesn't want tall buildings. He wants the same sq footage but with multiple bldgs with a max of 70 stories.

I see that too. Looks like a plane in both of the structures. I hope that's not the case.
