Shouldn't the company fire the employee who has toys at work, and if not for having toys at work, how about wasting time complaining about someone else playing with them ?

Reamond - many companies these days allow personalization of wroking areas, including toys : ). A former bosses mother sent everyone in the office rubber band guns after watching us bicker about something stupid one day. Spontanious rubberband wars would break out at least once a week. Everyone had a blast, got along great and production levels increased because it we were able to avoid the drudge and grind mode tht leaves most people staring at the walls imagining a better place.
