okay, since none of you dare answer this intellectually challenging question, I will give you the answer....YES TOE LICKING IS A THREAT TO NATIONAL SECURITY BECAUSE....
If one is licking toes for amusement or personal pleasure one cannot be in touch with ones intellectual side....
You see toes are at the bottom of the body...very very far from the head where the brain is....
Of course some great religious masters or messiahs of the past said the "brain" is not as important as the "heart".

Doesn't it depend on whom is licking the toe's.
If you are licking your own toe's, you can probably squirm into high security areas.
If someone else is doing the licking, well I'll leave that alone.

Depends on who would do the lickin'. I don't see anyone here that in my estimation would be a good toe licker. And, since I will be busy this afternoon, you will have to find other toes to play with.

whenever anyone is allowed to lick my toes I make sure they are perfectly clean and Lilly white with shiny blood red toenail polish carefully applied to each lovely perfectly shaped nail.
Then I dip each toe in a fine dusting of powdered sugar and honey. I prop my feet up on a silk pillow and put in and ENYA CD and light fragrant candles and turn the lights down low.
I sip expensive champagne while the toe licker lovingly and pleasurably licks of the sugary concoction. Afterwords, he leaves on his knees quietly while I snore away in a drunken blissful slumber AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Only if done correctly. In the 60's a group of us licked so many toes but I wasn't planning on a political career at the time and can't really remember...it may have been a dream, probably was.

You're quite right, Helen! Although I'll never be as gorgeous as you, I must say, I do have great feet!
I'm still not convinced o.g. is Artdoggy, but if she is, at least she has the decency to change from that horrible shade of hot pink she used to brag about, to more classic redtoenails.

oh its perfectly acceptable for a toe licker to leave immediately afterwards. There is no cuddling on clever conversation after a toe fest. Toes are toes and nothing else matters to the receiver or giver. Toes are somewhat cruel and definitely not a matter of the heart!
