The hand signed photo party invitation is the real money piece in there. He's probably right that that is one of if not the only remaining one. The combination of a possible one of a kind piece hand signed by a renowned photographer combined with the celebrity subject is pure money. If Arnold wins the election (god forbid!!) it's going to become even more valuable.
