I was listening to him one night, L.A. was underwater because of 5 continuous days of rain. Phil's "guest" was telling listeners to turn on their faucets to a trickle to clear their lines and to help their septic tanks to empty. He then instructed them to open their tanks and climb inside to check the status. I guess it's one of those where "you had to be there". The idiots who were calling in.

LOL, yeah we get him up here.... very funny and to listen to those who call in and talk to his "guests" (he makes the voices)
