E-mail from a friend today: "On the cutting room floor of 9/11 is a quote from Bush's nominee for head of the CIA saying, "I'm not qualified for the CIA." He gave the interview before he knew who the producers worked for. oops"

Since Goss doesn't feel that he is qualified for the job, he should simply thank Bush for the nomination but decline the position.
