Batten down those hatches again as Ivan is returning to the Gulf Coast. I just saw the nightly weather and Ivan has made a sweep around. Winds are now 40 MPH probably to get higher as it moves to the coast.

Many have not yet recovered from the last time and I for one hope that Ivan changes his mind.
