...as men.
My boss hired 3 new people, one male and two female...
The male has already volunteered for overtime and shows motivation and being able to self start...
the women, one forgot to tell my boss she has medical problems that preclude her from certain duties of the job... she maybe gone if more work can't be found that she can do
the other woman seems to be unable to let go of her other job and has asked for time off the "help them out"... she has only been working here two weeks.
She will probably not make it to her 90 days...
Only the male has an understanding at what needs to be done and is taking great strides to learn as much as possible, not waiting for someone to keep telling him what to do...unlike the ladies...
Guess who we are going to pay more?

I know lots of women that make more than I do, however I am not their counterpart... I know that in the company I work at, at my level, no woman makes more.
You are right about him needing to be a better interviewer... told him I get to interview the replacements... no woman will be hired...

What if "taking care of your man" means having to get a job because "your man" can't support a family on his job at the car wash?

twelve says,

Do I detect a little bit of insecurity on your part, in relation to women that could be a challenge to you? That's very likely the reason that you wouldn't hire one if the choice was left to you. You are uncomfortable with them working in your ranks.
I myself think that women should make the same as a man when doing the same job. I also think they should become educated at an early age too. I am very comfortable with a female boss, or a woman that is more educated than me.
Get over it. June Cleaver went out of production a long time ago.

No it is a proven fact that women overall are less productive in a work environment...
Single mothers are the worst... time off for this and for that... they can have the time off, when it comes time for raises, don't expect as much as that man standing next to them that didn't take time off of work.

Poor lindatwelve, so desperate for attention she starts threads about Kerry's tan and how women should be paid less because of one incident which "proves" her "point".

It's amazing to me that twelve has never seen an incompetant man in his work history. Well, we know he has but has excusd THEM BECAUSE they're men.
But we know the OP(and other posts) was born out of deep fear and hatred of women. It's total lack of reasoning speaks volumes about twelve's insecurities.

Twelve,
men always have good role models to look up to,most men know they have to work to support themselves and a family from the early days of their life.
But with more working mothers ,girls are learning more about importance of education and work ethics.
men have problem holding on to their job too-i just watched the days of wine and roses last nite,a powerful movie!!
