A petition urging that John Kerry should be prosecuted and disqualified from national office because John Kerry has a long and well-documented history of providing "aid and comfort" to the enemy in time of war -- particularly in the case of North Vietnam. By his own account, Kerry violated the UCMJ, the Geneva Conventions and the U.S. Code while serving as a Navy officer, and he further stands in violation of Article three, Section three of the U.S. Constitution which defines treason as "giving aid and comfort" to the enemy in time of warfare. Thus, in accordance with the Constitution's Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3, which states, "No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President ... having previously taken an oath ... to support the Constitution of the United States, [who has] engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof," We, the People of the United States, demand that Kerry be prosecuted and disqualified from public office.
This has been discussed before, at least there is something we can do. Of course, according to the DSM manual, and gumby, only perverts and drooling sycophants will sign this petition, normal people like the plugandsocket challenged realize how abnormal this behavior is. Hahahahahahahahaha!!

LOL. that is funny. you guys are such lemmings. grow up and learn to debate, but noooooo, their only means of trying to win an argument is to remove their competition. that is dumb. plain and simply dumb. just another case of what we've known all along. Debate,
Don't think for a second the Kerry won. Not saying Bush did either, but Kerry was speaking out of both ends even during the debate. First he states that we should have never gone into Iraq. Then 15 minutes later, he states the Saddam had to go. Which is it? You can't have it both ways.
Then he states that he has a plan for Iraq. Good. Lets here it. So for not one word has been stated by the flip flopper on what his plan is. Only stating that he has one.
