I don't know - I just saw it on CNN. It has a plane in air and the audio is a pilot calling in for landing clearance and being put on hold. Part of the hold message is "If a mountain is rapidly approaching, dial 1". The voice over is saying that there is a shortage of air traffic controlers because of Bush will not authorize the hiring of new controllers thus putting air safety at risk.
