Hmmm... around here, some mosquitos apparently are carrying something called West Nile Virus. Not sure what that is, but it can't be good. It kills birds and isn't too good for old people either, I think.

I'm just happy that "little black fly" season has ended finally. Usually ends in late June, but someone must have forgotten to tell the flies. They stuck around until about a week or so ago! Nasty buggers gang up on you, and you end up with 15 or so bites all over.
The only thing that might stop them is body armor. Not a great look for me.

Yep! We have mosquitoes carrying West Nile Fever! They are spraying stuff at us from helicopters- trying to save us! It's a question of which would we rather die from?
Got to empty all water containers- flower pots - anyplace mosquitoes can breed. Life is not fun here this summer!

Mark did his housecleaning in January and left 6 months' worth of threads. I guess he hasn't had the urge to houseclean again.
