Does anyone have any clue as to why our photos appear crispnd clear on our PC, and in our ebay ads on our PC, but when we check them on other PCs the pics all appear blurry and distorted?
We tried not reducing the photo image size at all, other than simple cropping, before the upload to Vendio, as was suggested to us by en ebay help tech. However, that did not seem to solve the problem. (We also ran into this same thing when we used ebay itself as our picture hosting service.)
Any advice or input on the subject would be greatly appreciated. Either a reply to this post, or else a private email to [email protected]
That's a tough question. I see that some of your auction photos appear blurred on my computer also. You might want to add to your question your camera info etc. As Cheryl said there are posters with technical camera knowledge on The Ebay Outlook or you might try the Ebay Photography Discussion Bboard...
