Send your bidder to http://www.bidpay.com/purchasemo.htm. He can use his credit card to purchase a Western Union money order which will be mailed to you from New York. Your bidder will be charged a fee by BidPay (minimum is $5 for amounts up to $100).
You can see how BidPay works by filling out the on-line form. Just stop filling out the form at the point where you are asked for your credit card information.
As seller, you don't need to be signed up to bidpay to receive payment. BidPay will send you two e-mails. The first informs you that the money order has been purchased. The second (usually less than 2 business days later) will tell you that the money order has been mailed. I usually ship when I receive the second e-mail.

The answer is BidPay.com with no charges to the seller. The buyer pays BidPay with a credit card and they mail you a money order. I've received payment from a customer in Japan in under a week through BidPay. Good luck!

BillPoint will also handle international credit card transactions, but you'd have to sign up for it and there are fees to the seller. They are, however, smaller than the $5 BidPay fee, if I recall correctly.
