Got this from a friend today.
Idiots--Guess Who Wins?

One Marine vs. 20 Idiots--Guess Who Wins?
On Friday, we noted that a score of Ohio University students and others had staged a "die-in" to protest the liberation of Iraq. The Post, the student newspaper, carried a letter from Marc Fencil, a senior who is also a Marine currently stationed in Iraq, that is so excellent we reprint it in full: It's a shame that I'm here in Iraq with the Marines right now and not back at Ohio University completing my senior year and joining in blissful ignorance with the enlightened, war-seasoned protesters who participated in the recent "die-in" at College Gate. It would appear that all the action is back home, but why don't we make sure? That's right, this is an open invitation for you to cut your hair, take a shower, get in shape and come on over! If Michael Moore can shave and lose enough weight to fit into a pair of camouflage utilities, then he can come too!
Make sure you all say your goodbyes to your loved ones though, because you won't be seeing them for at least the next nine months. You need to get here quick because I don't want you to miss a thing. You missed last month's discovery of a basement full of suicide vests from the former regime (I'm sure Saddam's henchmen just wore them because they were trendy though). You weren't here for the opening of a brand new school we built either. You might also notice women exercising their new freedom of walking to the market unaccompanied by their husbands.
There is a man here, we just call him al-Zarqawi, but we think he'd be delighted to sit down and give you some advice on how you can further disrespect the victims of Sept. 11 and the 1,600 of America's bravest who have laid down their lives for a safer world. Of course he'll still call you "infidel" but since you already agree that there is no real evil in the world, I see no reason for you to be afraid. Besides, didn't you say that radical Islam is a religion of peace and tolerance?
I'm warning you though -it's not going to be all fun and games over here. You might have bad dreams for the next several nights after you zip up the body bag over a friend's disfigured face. I know you think that nothing, even a world free of terror for one's children, is worth dying for, but bear with me here. We're going to live in conditions you've never dreamt about. You should get here soon though, because the temperatures are going to be over 130 degrees very soon and we will be carrying full combat loads (we're still going to work though). When it's all over, I promise you can go back to your coffee houses and preach about social justice and peace while you continue to live outside of reality.
If you decide to decline my offer, then at least you should sleep well tonight knowing that men wearing black face masks and carrying AK-47s yelling "Allahu Akbar" over here are proud of you and are forever indebted to you for advancing their cause of terror. While you ponder this, I'll get back to the real "die-in" over here. I don't mind. What can we say but "Semper fi"?

Guess this is but ANOTHER soldier telling the anti-war, let's-pull-out-now crowd, how much he feels their support.
They couldn't do what these men and women are doing....they don't have the fortitude these soldiers have. The only thing they can do is 'run' their scared mouths....oh...and take the side of our enemies. That's something they're GREAT at accomplishing. Our soldiers are bad....the terrorists are good...we're so mean to those who wish our death and destruction. BUT never/rarely a word spoken about the actions or determination of our enemies. No...they're just freedom fighters paying us back for some wrong we did in the past. What nonsense...
and thank God for soldiers like Marc....and the hundreds of thousands just like him. Semper Fi, Marc.

Linda_K and Mr. Colin, I am sure the students showed no disrespect towards our troops but are showing disrespect for the LIAR George Bush (your President not mine) that started his war with lies. I am sure both of you old farts can remember another anti-war protest at a Ohio College called Kent State during another bad unnecessary war.
This soldier should remember we were attacked on 9/11 by terrorists not by Iraq. Its also a fact that Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11. The students most likely feel our President should have stayed focused on defeating terrorists. BTW. Why is Bin Laden the guy that master minded the 9/11 attack still running free.
I also don't think the students believe "that radical Islam is a religion of peace and tolerance?" like this soldier said. I am sure these bright young people know the difference Islam and Radical Islam.
I also believe that the students know that by his actions George Bush has become the best recruiter that Radical Islam ever had.
These Ohio students just joined the MAJORITY OF AMERICAN PEOPLE that now feel we should get out the hell out of George Bush's Iraq War.

dream on, peepa, dream on. THIS President doesn't run this country, nor make HIS decisions based on polls. So your polls don't mean a thing and they're NOT going to change a thing.
Let's see....hillary so far is a front runner for the dem party. Is SHE calling for us to get out of Iraq? NO. Who is? FOUR senators in a position to do anything about it, THREE of them DEMOCRATS. And FOUR doesn't make a majority no matter how much you wish it did.
Meanwhile more from the Angry left are working to totally destroy the democratic party.

Angry Left Fantasyland
"In the Capitol basement yesterday, long-suffering House Democrats took a trip to the land of make-believe," reports the Washington Post's Dana Milbank.
They held a pretend "impeachment inquiry over the Iraq war," with Rep. John Conyers of Michigan, playing "chairman," in which role he "spouted . . . chairmanly phrases, such as 'unanimous consent' and 'without objection so ordered.' " Conyers & Co. called several "witnesses," among them Ray McGovern, who "said that Israel should not be considered an ally and that Bush was doing the bidding of Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon":
"Israel is not allowed to be brought up in polite conversation," McGovern said. "The last time I did this, the previous director of Central Intelligence called me anti-Semitic."
WITH GOOD REASON, I'D SAY
Rep. James P. Moran Jr. (D-Va.), who prompted the question by wondering whether the true war motive was Iraq's threat to Israel, thanked McGovern for his "candid answer."
At Democratic headquarters, where an overflow crowd watched the hearing on television, activists handed out documents repeating two accusations--that an Israeli company had warning of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks and that there was an "insider trading scam" on 9/11--that previously has been used to suggest Israel was behind the attacks.
There's been a spate of stories lately about President Bush's poor poll numbers--the importance of which is a mystery to us, [b]given that the next presidential election is almost 3 1/2 years away, and Bush won't be a candidate in any case.
At the same time, the Angry Left seems to be getting less inhibited: witness Howard Dean's various bouts of logorrhea, Charlie Rangel's and Dick Durbin's outrageous Americans-are-Nazis claims, and now this.
We suspect there's a connection here: The liberal media are persuading liberal pols that President Bush is in trouble with the public. The pols therefore conclude that the public is on their side, and this emboldens them to...
well, in our opinion, to behave like total jackasses.
Although we find this all somewhat vexing, we're guessing that in the end it will not pay off politically for the Dems.
-----------
It's being confirmed, by their own actions, that the dems are quickly loosing touch with any glimpse of reality. They're totally off the wall and going more and more crazy/NUTS!!

This is funny ...."some advice on how you can further disrespect the victims of Sept. 11 ""
The poor stupid neocons in here still think the war in Iraq had something to do with 9/11 !
Oh my gawd ! How dense can they be !
Let's support our troops by giving them adequate health care when they come home ...BUSH cut funding for veteran health care...how is that "supporting" the troops.
American troops were sent into Iraq poorly prepared and with NO PLAN for the aftermath....how was that supporting the troops?
I hear parents of dead soldiers are asking congress about that "boring" Downing Street Memo...you know, the one that proves how Americans were lied to about the reasons for going into Iraq.
Support the troops by lying to them ???
And as to bravery linduh loves to shout about it but that wienie can't even address a post ! She'd be running like he!l if she was in Iraq....she can't even face a post in a chat room

I think this was supposed to be addressed to Bush. Bush can travel in a jeep from the Bagdad airport to the secure zone. Bush will then have an idea of what is really happening in Iraq.
Absolute faith has been shown, consistently, to breed intolerance. And intolerance, history teaches us, again and again, begets violence.

President George Bush: "Our people are going to find out the truth, and the truth will say that this intelligence was good intelligence. There's no doubt in my mind."
Bush was right. The truth did come out and the facts are he misled Congress and the American people about the reasons we should go to war in Iraq.

Linda_K you trying to DENY OR CHANGE THE SUBJECT that the MAJORITY OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE NO LONGER SUPPORT THE IRAQ WAR BY POSTING MORE OF YOUR RIGHT WING PURE BULL ROAR. IS BEHAVING LIKE A TOTAL JACKASS.

No bigpeepa I am not changing the subject. Since you said and I quote "George Bush (your President not mine)". I asked you these questions.
Tell me bigpeepa Where do you live, who is your President?
Here I thought you lived in the U.S.A.
Please take off the caps and reread what I wrote and then answer the questions and post like an adult or maybe you can't.
You sure can twist and twist the stories around to fit your agenda but it ain't going to fly bigpeepa, your bull roar doesn't scare me.
