now ,I just received a free magazine and it said -most movie stars when they receive a contract,it usually comes with a trainer and a deadline.
here is a typical workout-
This is supposed to give us great legs and abs=
stand with feet shoulder-width apart and position hands(with finger interlaced) behind neck so elbows point out to sides.Lower into a squat.
Then press back up to standing position.Lift right knee and twist torso so left shoulder approaches knee.Lower leg.Do opposite side.Repeat for 15 reps.
I tried it several times,so far my phone has been pretty quiet.

On second thought,this cant be Tara Reid workout,look at her last plastic surgery debasco,if the workout is so great,she wont need the latest boobs job and the tummy lipo.
