I think someone should remove his rose colored glasses so he can get a better look. Apparently he also doesn't see the environmental nightmare surrounding him down there that will take years and years to correct.

Cheryl, he only sees the dollar signs that Hallibuton will be making through non bid contracts. About 53 Billion at last count.
