Just happened to see this item of local news interest It happened at the Taco Bell near my house. I miss everything--never been a floor show while I was eating there:
Woman strips inside Ontario Taco Bell

ONTARIO - A woman walked into a Taco Bell, stripped off her clothes in the restroom, walked out and then began throwing items in the restaurant, police said.
Police came to the business in the 800 block of North Mountain Avenue at 7:53 p.m. and took the woman to a hospital for a mental evaluation, said Ontario police Lt. John Evans.
The woman walked into the restaurant and asked for water. It was unknown if restaurant employees granted her request. She then walked into the restroom and removed her clothing.
When she came out into the restaurant, she began throwing things, Evans said.
"I don't actually know what set her off," Evans said.
