Pretty cool, Bear but it doesn't say how to get a normaly English speaking person instead of a recently taught, in English person from India that speaks with a heavy, unintelligible accent.

What really cracks me up about those oprerators from India is that when they first come on the line they intruduce themselves as Bob, Jim, Dorothy or Karen instead of their real names of Batra, Jugdish, Dutima or Kalindi.
