Did anyone see the Rosie show yesterday? She had Gretchen, Colleen, Gervase, Rudy, Susan and Rich on.
She was slamming Rich left and right. He was on last. Then at the end of the show she had a contest where she asked the survivors questions and had a price for the winners. It was Rich versus the rest of them. The questions were all questions Rich would not know.
He lost as was her plan. She then gave him a runner up prize - box of rice. She then gave the rest of them a CAR!! Yes, each received the same car Rich did for winning the whole show!!
BTW -
Caught the new eXtra show last night. Leeza Gibbons is the new host and one of the reporters is a Dr. - yep you guessed it - Sean not only is on Guiding Light but hired by eXtra as a reporter. He interviewed Rich on his diet and exercise program.
Rosie begged Susan to apologize and she would not. Then right before the game she said you really really want to apologize or you cannot play. Susan did say she was sorry and once they won the car she saw why - had she not apologized she would not have one won.
Rosie sure holds nothing back - she says exactly what she feels regardless of who it is. She made fun of Susan for her spelling and really slammed Rich several times.
Wonder if the other Survivors were invited and did not show up or weren't invited - pretty sad if they did not show up as they could have new cars now for being on her show for 1 hr.

No, I missed that one. And I don't believe for a minute that Susan MEANT her apology, especially if she was forced to do so... she's an a@@.
Would be something tho if others were invited and missed out on the car, lol

Shame on Rosie for lowering herself to that level. I would have told them to shove the car where the sun dont shine.

I did see an interview with Kelly where she said Susan had sent her cards and flowers since the broadcast of the last Survivor and tried to apoligize but she wanted nothing to do with it.
I really can't blame Kelly. If you tell everyone you wish me dead on national TV I probably won't be your friend any more either.

I can't blame Kelly either. There are some hateful things that are just unforgiveable. Anyone who could just stand there and not care if someone died, as Susan said she would with Kelly, does not deserve friends. What kind of monster could just not care if another human dies?
And why was Rosie giving them cars in the first place? I am with her all the way when she gives things like cars, homes, and household supplies to those in need, as she has before, but these ppl are far from needy, especially when you consider the chingo they're all scrambling to ring in from endorsements...

Rosie got comfy with her job. People change. Attitudes change, friendships die. Sh!t happens.
edited to add that what Susan said to Kelly on national tv, about the buzzards and watching kelly die, Im surprised they even showed up on the same stage. And again,shame on Rosie for playing it that way. But I never cared for Rosie anyway, and never watch her show....so it doesnt surprise me she did that.

Nope - no Kelly there. No Jenna there. Just the ones Rosie wanted. Maybe they were invited but did not show but I do not think so.
It was very clear that Rosie brought people on the show she liked. That is why Gretchen was there even though kicked off early.
It was really clear she does not like Richard and wanted the ones she does like to have the car just like him.

YES - she did invite Susan as she said in the beginning Susan was her favorite. As long as Susan lamely apologized on air she got the car.
Rosie used to always be one of my favorites but between this, her commercials about how much her kids bother and she cannot wait for her new season to start and her diatribe to Tom Selleck when he was on her show to her whole gun stance - but I will market K-Mart has drastically changed my opinion of her.
Oh well - when you have the control and power of a Nationwide audience you can do whatever you like.
