Is anyone else having trouble with Vendio's customer service!? Where is there a phone number to call these people? I have emailed 3 times to cancel my account and nothing! Even eBay is better than this! You STINK Vendio!

Just wait till you deal with their collections person who tries to chase you down for fees on the time you did not want their service, had notified them that you wished to cancel their service and that they ignored you. She's a real charmer. Lots of screaming. Stay calm and be really condescending - I think she actually blows veins at that point.

The worst customer support of all the Ebay Auction Managment Sevices. The worst Billing also. Bunch of kids who sit around and post on message boards. Crooks who go around breaking thru ebays code to get their own way. Most unprofessional service out there. And rodriqo dealio sales is professors cousin or some sh*

For years, I was "addicted" to these so-called "auction-management" sites, paying untold OODLES-OF-MOOLA to VD or CA or AH, you name them, I wasted money!
Around 1 year ago, I dumped it all & now use an IMAGE HOST only that gives me HUGE space for $6.95/month -- and even cheaper if ya pay by the YEAR...
THAT last fee increase by feeBay really was a SHOCK to Ralphie & me -- we had to totally re-evaluate how we do things, & the FIRST LUXURY to go into the s-can was the AUCTION MGMT SERVICE we were using at the time...
For SMALL sellers like RALPHIE & ME, who concentrate MOST of our efforts on stocking our feeBay STORE, these "auction-mgmt" services are a total waste of money!
NOW is a good time for everybody to re-evaluate your business expenses!
KICK THE HABIT!
You'll be surprised just how LITTLE you really need these services!
