I bot some seaweed and cooked it for hours,now it is soft and edible,what kind of recipe do you folks have for seaweed??

You mean there's actualy seaweed recipees? Well dang and here i've been all this time putting big sloppy, slimy handfulls of seaweed on tortilla's with a little bit of hot sauce and ketchup.

there are different types of seaweed,I am not talking about the dry toasted seaweed used in Japanese sushi,I am referring to the slimy long dark green sphagetti like ones,it takes hours to cook and then I just dump it in a seafood stew.
Another piece of interesting item from the deep blue sea-agar agar,mother nature jello which does not melt like jello under room temperature.

hawah...a good friend of mine used to make an escarole soup with orzo and chicken fat & broth , which the escarole at first reminded me of seaweed, the way it cooks..very stringy. You might want to try that - boiling in some chicken broth mixture, and then adding some pasta?
